These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the uubd5 platform and all its services. By visiting the uubd5 website (uubd5.lat), registering an account, or using any gaming service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the uubd5 platform:

4.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Once a deposit is successfully confirmed, it is added to the account.
• No additional charges apply to deposits; however, your payment method provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious or irregular, uubd5 reserves the right to hold it and request further verification. In cases of money laundering or fraudulent activity, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

uubd5 provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers. To enjoy these offers, the following conditions must be followed:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless stated otherwise in the offer's terms.
• Bonuses are usable for gaming purposes on the uubd5 platform only.
• If an attempt is made to take advantage of bonuses by creating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• uubd5 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• VIP members receive additional benefits according to their Bronze, Silver, or Gold tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the uubd5 platform:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized software.
• Attempting to hack the gaming system or gain unfair advantages.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person or household.
• Artificially placing bets for the purpose of fulfilling bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Using another user's account or conducting transactions through a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Carrying out any harmful activity against the platform.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

10.3 Consequences of Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, earned bonuses and the bonus wallet balance may be forfeited. However, decisions regarding actually deposited funds will be made based on the circumstances.
